Hot Foil
Premium impactMetallic stamping pressed under heat and pressure. Catches every angle of light: bronze, gold, silver, rose gold, or custom Pantone metallics.
Logos and wordmarks on luxury business cards, raised above suede laminate on 19pt stock. Available in gold, silver, holographic, or custom Pantone metallics. Can be combined with raised spot UV for a Dual Raised finish.
Emboss / Deboss
Tactile depthRelief pressed into the substrate, raised (emboss) or recessed (deboss). The brand becomes something the customer feels before they read it.
Brand marks and monograms on business cards and folder covers. Works beautifully on uncoated and cotton stocks. Often combined with foil for a layered luxury result.
Raised Spot UV
Tactile glossSpot UV at 50 microns raised above the suede laminate. Gloss against velvet matte. You see it and feel it. Contrast that does not need color to work.
Logo marks and wordmarks on business cards over suede laminate. Cover elements on brochures and folders. Can be combined with raised foil (Dual Raised) for maximum texture contrast.
Suede / Soft-Touch
Premium feel1.5mil scuff-resistant velvet laminate applied to both sides, bringing a 16pt card to 19pt final thickness. The finish that makes people ask what stock it is.
Business cards and folder covers where someone will hold the piece for more than a moment. The base for raised foil and raised spot UV. Pairs beautifully with blind emboss for a layered luxury result.
Painted Edge
Ultra-thick luxury32pt ultra-thick cardstock with a solid stripe of color across every edge. Available in standard and metallic edge colors. Substantial, tactile, and impossible to confuse with a standard card.
Business cards and announcement cards where weight and presence matter most. The 32pt stock reads expensive before anyone looks at the design. Metallic edge options pair well with foil front faces.

What makes your business cards luxury?
The stock, the finish, and the way the two are designed together from the start. We source from the Majestic line: suede laminate on 19pt stock, raised foil in gold, silver, or holographic, raised spot UV at 50 microns, dual raised (foil and UV combined), painted edge on 32pt ultra-thick, pearl metallic, Akuafoil, and silk laminate. The design is built around the finish, not the other way around.
Do you handle print production, or just the design files?
Both. We design, then we manage the printer relationship. Quotes, proofs, and press checks when the run warrants it. We work with specialty finishing vendors for foil, suede, and raised UV. You hand us the brief; we hand you finished pieces.
What is the difference between suede, silk, and raised finishes?
Suede laminate is a 1.5mil scuff-resistant velvet coating on both sides, bringing a 16pt card to 19pt final thickness. Silk laminate is bilateral, water and tear resistant, and works well with spot UV or foil worx add-ons. Raised finishes, foil or spot UV, sit on top of the suede laminate at 50 microns. Dual raised combines both on the same piece. We recommend based on the design and the brand.
What files do you deliver at the end of a project?
Press-ready PDFs to your printer spec, layered source files in AI or Figma, and a finishes callout sheet documenting every spec. Your next reprint does not require us to be in the loop. We document everything so your team or any printer can run it cleanly.
Can you match our existing brand across multiple print formats?
Yes, and that is often where the value is. A brand that reads consistently from business card to brochure to folder looks more established. We audit the existing system, match the visual language precisely, and flag anything that needs fixing before it goes to press.
