On building for the web
A website that doesn't convert isn't an asset. It's overhead.
We build digital experiences that load fast, rank well, and move people from visitor to customer — with code clean enough that your team can maintain it long after we ship.

The four disciplines

Each one is a standalone service and links to a deeper page. Together they form a complete digital presence.

The build

Web Development

Marketing sites, portfolio sites, service businesses, and SaaS landing pages. We pick the right framework for your traffic pattern — Astro for content-first, Next.js for app-like experiences — and we don't leave until the Lighthouse score is 100.

53%

of mobile users abandon a site that takes more than 3 seconds to load.

Google · Think with Google. A one-second delay in page load reduces conversions by 7%. Performance is not a feature — it's the product. Every site we ship targets sub-2-second load times and a 100 Lighthouse score before keys are handed over.

FAQ

Web development questions

How long does a website project take?

A marketing site or landing page runs 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. A full e-commerce store with custom design is 6–10 weeks. A SaaS product or complex web app is 10–16 weeks. We sequence design, build, and QA in parallel — so you're seeing progress every week, not waiting for a big reveal at the end.

What platform do you build on?

We match the platform to the job. Marketing sites get Astro — we've never shipped one below 95 Lighthouse. E-commerce goes to Shopify (custom theme) or a headless setup if the catalog is complex. Product and app work goes to Next.js with a headless CMS. We don't have a preferred platform — we have a preferred outcome: fast, maintainable, and something your team can manage.

Do you redesign existing sites or only build from scratch?

Both. Redesigns make up roughly half our web work. We start every engagement with a 90-minute discovery session to map existing traffic, identify conversion gaps, and understand what to keep. Tearing down something that's already ranking or converting is rarely the right move. We scope accordingly.

How much does a website cost?

Marketing sites start at $6,500. E-commerce stores start at $9,500. Product and platform work starts at $15,000. All fixed-scope quotes — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If scope changes, we tell you before we build. Maintenance retainers are available post-launch for ongoing updates and performance monitoring.

Do we own the code when the project is done?

Yes. Full IP transfer on final payment — worldwide, in perpetuity. You get the source code, design files, asset library, and documentation. No licensing fees, no hosting lock-in. We'll recommend hosting (Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify) but you're never locked to us for deployment.
